Tori first called me at the beginning of her 3rd pregnancy. She said that she had 1st seen my photography when she was pregnant with her 2nd baby and planning her 1st homebirth. Before she could contact me though, she went into labor and delivered her daughter at 31-32 weeks. Not only did she not get the pictures she wanted, she didn’t get her homebirth either.
With this pregnancy she again planned a homebirth, but was put in the hospital on bedrest for weeks and weeks. When she made it to 36 weeks she was released to go home and have her baby. I was really expecting a call soon after that, but the days passed and I heard nothing from her. Today was her due date, but she gave birth yesterday at home in her bed. She finally got the birth she had been wanting and I am so thrilled for her.
